Dato’ Adam has more than 30 years of experience in professional accounting firms within the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

As a licensed liquidator, he is certified by the Ministry of Finance as a person fit and qualified to act in all Corporate Rescue exercises. He is well-versed in business, management and accounting services with expertise in corporate restructuring, advisory and finance. He oversees all significant aspects of business operations, management, accounting, taxation, and dealings with regulatory and statutory bodies.

He has accomplished and restructured multiple public-listed companies and private companies under appointments made through debenture instruments, by the High Court and Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad.

He is currently the Managing Partner of APCO. He is also a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (Full Member Class A), and The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
