Jo Gan has more than 10 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, with a focus on human resources management and administration. She currently holds the position of Director at APCO.

She oversees the management and realisation of the company's assets including valuing assets, sale of assets and negotiate agreement to maximise recovery. As a HR specialist, she works as the point of communication to employees, shareholders, creditors, and other stakeholders. Jo Gan handles all aspects of human resource and administration management which involves talent requisition, development and implementation of HR policies, maintaining employees' morale via coaching and developing positive tam culture and working environment, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances , redundancy and retrenchment.

She utilises her experience to provide guidance on handling human resource and administration for companies in receivership and liquidation.
